We will provide you all the marketing material needed to promote your group. This would include custom designed flyers for your group giving destinations, accommodation categories with prices and any additional taxes, port charges, or fees. We will supply you with the brochures from the supplier in the quantities that you need. We also can supply you with postcards and other marketing material that may be available.

We are available to conduct a “cruise show” or “kick off” meetings for your group. Let us explain the alternatives you have planned for your trip and the details of the departure you have chosen. This meeting can include video presentations, itinerary discussion, optional tours, and a question & answer session. When the documents come in we will be happy to meet with your group to answer any remaining questions and explain the documents.

We can provide a tour escort to accompany the groups upon your request. That escort will be available to all group passengers during the cruise for any assistance or to answer questions. Upon embarkation, we will also be responsible for verifying all cabin assignments, dining room arrangements, meeting rooms, etc. The tour escort will be provided at no cost to your group. However, their cruise costs will be paid through earned “tour conductor” credits with the cruise line.
