(from an e-mail to corporate reservations agent Kathy
Ford dated 9/5/07) Have I told you lately how
much I appreciate you!! You're my Hero for travel arrangements.

(from
an e-mail dated 10/23/06) I am writing to
commend the work of Lara Weihs. I have been extremely impressed
with her attention to detail and dedication to our delegation.
I'm sure you've heard about the exceptional quality of Lara's
work before, but I want to add my name to the list. This was NOT
an easy delegation to deal with -- the situation was demanding,
changeable, and too often hurry up and wait. Lara was cheerful
and efficient and steadfastly supported us through every twist
and turn. It was sometimes astonishing.
Her latest feat may well have gained your office a new client.
Along with 8 other delegates I was stranded in Houston. In
desperation I called Lara. Other agents were working to help.
One of the first class passengers had her agent and staff in the
VIP lounge working on it. No one was able to find a single seat.
Somehow Lara found the two of us seats on the next flight to
Seattle. The other passenger said: "Hmm. Maybe I should use
her." I said: "Duh. Yeah."
I'm more than grateful for her professionalism, and wanted you
to know.
Best regards,
Terry
